JOB PURPOSE
The Senior Enterprise Architect (Technology Lead) coordinates and facilitates the development of secure, scalable technology architectures that align with the operational and business requirements at the segment level. This role focuses on integrating technology solutions that drive operational efficiency, support business transformation, and protect the enterprise's digital assets.
Working closely with various stakeholders across the Enterprise to drive the development of future state technology architecture and guide the organizations towards the set target. The Lead ensures that all technology solutions comply with enterprise principles, are aligned with enterprise architecture standards, and meet the organization's specific needs. Additionally, this role is key to guiding the technical implementation of solutions that promote business agility and resilience against security threats.
JOB CONTEXT
The Enterprise Architecture (EA) function is a key technical advisor, aligning technology investments with organizational goals. The Lead Technology and security Architect operates at the segment level, ensuring that technology solutions are not only aligned with business objectives but also secure, scalable, and compliant with regulatory standards.
This role focuses on embedding security into every layer of the technology landscape, integrating it into business processes and digital roadmaps to enhance operational efficiency while safeguarding the enterprise against cyber threats.
Additionally, the Lead ensures that the organization's technology ecosystem remains agile and resilient, capable of adapting to emerging challenges while maintaining cost efficiency and supporting business growth. As a pivotal player in the governance of technology initiatives, the Lead facilitates collaboration between business and technology teams, ensuring robust security architecture that aligns with long-term business strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Technology Alignment
• Facilitate the development of secure, scalable technology architectures that meet segment-specific business objectives.
• Collaborate with business units to translate operational needs into secure technology solutions.
• Ensure technology solutions to comply with enterprise best practices, focusing on operational efficiency and agility.
Architecture Governance & Compliance
• Enforce compliance with architecture governance frameworks, ensuring regulatory and security standards adherence.
• Coordinate the implementation of architectural principles, focusing on security, scalability, and operational resilience.
• Facilitate alignment with global security frameworks and internal compliance requirements.
Technology Leadership
• Lead the technical design and implementation of technology solutions that support segment objectives and ensure robust security measures.
• Coordinate the integration of cloud platforms, API-driven architectures, and secure frameworks in alignment with business processes.
• Provide technical guidance on adopting emerging technologies, ensuring secure implementations that enhance operational performance.
Innovation & Emerging Technologies
• Facilitate exploring and adopting emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and blockchain, ensuring secure implementations.
• Identify opportunities to enhance business operations through secure, innovative technology solutions.
• Collaborate with teams to assess technology architectures' future readiness and ability to support long-term growth.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND, WORK EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, Information Security, Information Systems, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in technology architecture, security architecture, or enterprise architecture roles.
• Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Proven experience in delivering secure technology solutions and leading technology transformations.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration and facilitation.
• Strong technical leadership with an emphasis on secure technology solutions.
• Ability to mentor and guide cross-functional teams through secure technology implementations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and focus on business-driven technology alignment.
• Expertise in cybersecurity, digital transformation, and secure architecture design.
