About This Opportunity
Telecel Cash's competitive position in Ghana's mobile money market depends on its capacity for continuous product innovation — launching new features, building merchant integrations, enabling new payment use cases, and improving customer experience across every interaction with the platform. This Product Development and Delivery Specialist role is the engine room of that innovation, responsible for translating business requirements into live, production-ready solutions across Telecel Cash's technology and integration ecosystem.
This is a technically demanding and commercially aware role. You will own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of Telecel Cash features — from requirements gathering and technical design, through API development and partner integration, to UAT coordination, production deployment, and post-launch optimisation. The breadth of this scope means you will work across product, engineering, operations, commercial, and partner teams daily.
Mobile money product delivery experience in Ghana is particularly relevant here. Understanding the specific technical constraints, regulatory requirements, and customer behaviours of the Ghanaian mobile money market will allow you to contribute meaningfully from the first day.

Security and IT roles demand precision, documentation discipline, and a risk-first mindset. Hiring managers look for candidates who can communicate threats in business terms, not just technical ones — and who stay ahead of threat vectors without needing to be told.
Full-time roles typically include benefits (health insurance, pension contributions, paid leave). During salary negotiation, always consider the total compensation package — benefits can be worth 20–30% on top of base salary. Ask specifically about probation period, performance review cadence, and remote/hybrid flexibility before signing.
