About This Opportunity
Business continuity and enterprise risk management have become strategic priorities for telecommunications companies operating in Ghana's increasingly competitive and regulated environment. Network outages, cybersecurity incidents, regulatory changes, and operational disruptions can have immediate commercial and reputational consequences — and the NCA's expectations of resilience from licensed operators are continuously rising.
Telecel Ghana's Business Risk and Continuity function is the organisation's early warning system and operational resilience backbone. This Specialist role spans the full enterprise risk and continuity lifecycle: conducting risk assessments for new products, maintaining and testing Business Continuity Plans, managing the Crisis Management framework, conducting supplier due diligence, and supporting Group BCM audit compliance. For professionals who want to develop deep, practical expertise in enterprise resilience within a major African technology company, the scope and rigour of this role are exceptional.
The Group-level BCM standards that Telecel Ghana operates within are internationally aligned — building experience here produces credentials that are highly transferable across the African telecommunications and technology sectors.
