Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Audit Supervisor with a Master’s degree and minimum 3 years of forensic audit experience to strengthen our internal audit function. This role is responsible for conducting forensic and operational audits, identifying control weaknesses, and recommending improvements. Terms & Conditions

Key Responsibilities

•Plan and execute forensic and operational audits.

•Investigate irregularities, fraud, and control failures.

•Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations.

•Monitor implementation of audit recommendations.

•Support internal control reviews and compliance checks.

•Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

•Maintain audit documentation and evidence.

Applying for This Role

• Academic qualification and experience are both mandatory: A Master's degree and a minimum of 3 years of forensic audit experience are explicitly required. Applications that do not meet both criteria will not advance.
• CFE certification is highly relevant: The Certified Fraud Examiner designation is specifically aligned with the forensic focus of this role. If you hold it, ensure it is prominently displayed.
• Manufacturing sector audit experience: Keda Ghana's specific fraud risks relate to manufacturing operations — inventory controls, procurement processes, contractor management. Any experience auditing these areas, in any sector, is directly relevant.
• KEDA Group's Chinese ownership: Familiarity with cross-border reporting to a Chinese parent company, and any Mandarin language proficiency, may be an advantage — though the primary working language is English.

Required Qualifications

•Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

•Minimum 3 years experience in forensic audit or internal audit.

•Professional certification (ACCA, ICA, CIMA) is an advantage.

•Strong analytical and investigative skills.

•High level of integrity and confidentiality.
